Important notes:

Should there be any potential claims, please stay clam and contact your insurance advisor or call us at 2724 1832.

Please provide your policy number, insured name and contact number for follow up.

Written notice of claim should be made within 30 days of the date of the incident causing such loss. However, notification period varies with different policies, for details, please refer to the policy wordings.

The general procedure for reporting claim is as follows:

For personal claim:

  • Please keep the original receipt, report and medical certificate
  • Diagonosis should be written on the receipts
  • Keep the photo or video as an evidence

For claims involving third party:

  • Please notify police or the property management
  • Keep the photo or video as an evidence
  • No agreement should be made with third party without the consent of insurance company
  • Should there be any correspondence from the third party in respect of this accident, please IMMEDIATELY forward the same to the your agent or us unanswered for handling

Employees’ compensation:

Notification period:

  • within 14 days of accident in the case of injury
  • within 7 days of accident in the case of death
  • 2 originals of FORM 2 should be sent to labour department
  • 1 copy of FORM 2 should be sent together with the original medical receipts & medical certificate
  • Injured employee can arrange medical clearance appointment booking following instruction from labour department
  • Please send the original FORM 5 &/OR FORM 7 (if applicable) to your agent or us.
